In these terms and conditions “we/us/our” means Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations.

Pricing

All prices on www.secretlechic.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AU) only and GST included.  Prices do not include postage.  Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

Payment

Payment Method(s):

• Pay Pal – an internationally recognised safe and secure payment option.  You do NOT need to be a Pay Pal member to make payments using your credit card (Visa and MasterCard only), however it is easy to join at their site. (We do not see or hold payment details on file).

Alternatively, if you are a Pay Pal member you can pay using your Pay pal account as well as your credit card. (If more information is required about Pay Pal please visit their website www.paypal.com.au)

• Gift Certificate - if paying online please enter the code upon checkout or if paying offline please quote the code when ordering.
• Direct Deposit – bank details will be provided upon checkout of the shopping cart, please use the order number as a reference.
• Australia Post Money Order – are to be made out to: Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations and posted to PO Box 80, Emu Plains NSW 2750

Please note payment made by direct deposit or Australia Post Money Order can take up to 5 days for funds to clear upon receipt, therefore, orders will not be shipped until all payments are cleared and finalised.

Amendments and Cancellations

Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations cannot be responsible for customers entering incorrect quantities, ordering incorrect goods, or providing incorrect delivery addresses when placing an order.  Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations may charge customers fees incurred for amended or cancelled orders. 

Product Availability

In the event that an item is out of stock, contact will be made within 48 business hours. Customers will be given a choice to cancel the order, select a different item and if possible, place the item on back order.    Complete orders will not be dispatched until all items are in stock unless requested otherwise and customers will be charged additional postal costs.

Colour and Sizing

Secret-le-chic Interior Creations aims for the product colour and sizing to be true and as accurate to the item as possible. 

Colour

• Slight variations may occur due to the computer colour or resolution settings being used.
• An item detailed as “Antique”, “Rustic”, “Shabby Chic”, “Distressed”, “Hand Made” or “Hand Painted” will have been given unique characteristics to appear aged or worn and no two items can be can be exactly the same.

Sizing

• Slight variations may occur due to an unusual shaped item; therefore measurement will be given to the closest centimetre (cm).

 If clarification on any products colour or sizing is required please contact us.

Installation of Electrical Items

It is imperative that all electrical products that need installation (wiring) are to be carried out by a registered contractor.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchased in increments of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00.  Gift Certificates are redeemable the same as cash and we cannot be responsible for purchases made with lost or stolen gift certificates.    If you have lost or misplaced your gift voucher please inform us immediately.  Gift Certificates are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.  Customers are responsible for the balance of orders exceeding the total of a gift certificate. 

Returns/Exchange

Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations assures that all items are carefully checked and packaged before being dispatched but on the rare occasion an item may arrive in less than perfect condition; if for any reason a product is not satisfactory please contact us.  Please provide the order number, SKU Number and the reason you are requesting a return or exchange of goods.  We will contact you within due course and advise the action to be taken.

Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations WILL NOT accept returns for change of mind purchases. (Please carefully check orders for sale items, hand made or custom orders; including custom artwork, custom lighting, and custom made bedding or furniture).

Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations DOES NOT refund the cost of delivery (unless the item has a manufacturing fault) and additional delivery charges are payable by the customer for return or exchange of goods.
