How can I order from Secret-le-Chic Interior Creations?
Orders can be placed through our online shopping cart at www.secretlechic.com.au. If you are experiencing difficulties please contact us and we will set an account up for you with the items you wish to order and you can simply add all items to cart and make payment. (You will need to provide your full name, billing address, contact details, including your phone number and email address, SKU No, product description, quantity required, any additional delivery details. (FOR SECURITY REASONS PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS BY FAX OR EMAIL).
How do I order online?
Buying online might be a new experience for some buyers; therefore, to take the anxiety out of this buying process we will walk you through the steps in detail:
Step 1 – Add a product to the cart
Firstly start at our home page and select either Le Shoppe or a Category on the left side bar to browse through our products. Once you have found a product or multiple products you wish to purchase you can enter in the quantity required and select add all items or in the product details page you can click add to cart. This will take you to the view cart page, recheck the items and quantities selected. You can then choose to Update Cart/Empty Cart/Continue Shopping or Checkout.
(If your looking for a specific price range, colour, style, brand or item you can use the Search feature located in the top right hand corner of the cart. Type in the word and click on search or you can choose the Advanced Search for a choice of drop down menus including Category/Price/Vendor-Product).
Step 2 – Completing the Checkout Process
To complete the checkout process you will be asked to provide your full name, billing address and contact details, including your phone number and email address.
You will be given the option to:
1.
set up a new online account (this will save time for future purchases)
2.
log into an existing account (you will be able to edit information if required)
3.
express checkout (your information will not be available for future purchases)
You will then be directed to the Payment Information page and will need to select a payment method, we accept payment by Pay pal, Direct Deposit, Money Order and Gift Certificate.
The shipping charges will display (please note we have discounts for multiple quantity orders, please save the order and contact us before checkout and we will email to confirm the deduction has been made and checkout can proceed)
Please tick the two check boxes on this page to declare that you have read, agree and accept our FAQ, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
You have the choice to tick the check box to unsubscribe to our newsletter on this page.
Step 3 – You will then be directed to your chosen payment method:
Pay pal – you will be directed to their secure payment facilities, you do not need an account to pay by Visa or MasterCard or alternatively you can log into an existing account;
Direct Deposit – you will be given bank details and instructions;
Money Order - you will be given our postal address and instructions;
Gift Certificate – enter the number on the voucher and when approved you will be asked how you wish to pay for the balance outstanding.
Step 5 - You will be given an order reference number and a confirmation by email.
I am unsure if my online order went through. What should I do?
Make note of the error showing on your screen if any. Then contact us and we will look into your order and verify if it has been received.
How can I track my order status?
If you have an online account you can check the status of your order or you can contact us and we will track the status of your order and provide an estimated delivery date.
Do I need an account to shop online?
No, you are not required to open an account online to shop, however, it is a quick and simple process and it can save you time when making future purchases. You are also able to edit details at any time.
Can I cancel an account?
Yes, if you wish to cancel your account please contact us. Please provide us with your name and email address and select “Unsubscribe”.
We will email you within 24 business hours to confirm this request has been actioned.
What is a wish list?
If you open an account you will be able to add products to a wish list; this is a shopping bag that allows you to make a list of the products you may be interested in purchasing at a later time and saves you searching for them again. However it does not place a hold on the item/s selected.
I do not live in Australia, can I still purchase from you?
Our website is not setup to ship to international addresses, however we'd be happy for you to contact us with the product SKU No, product description and the delivery Country and Township. We will contact you within 48 business hours to advise if we can ship to your delivery address.
Does your site show if items are out of stock?
We do update our site daily to show when an item is out of stock. However on the rare occasion we may be unable to supply your order. We will contact you within 24 business hours to inform you and you will be able to cancel your order, choose another item or if possible, place the item on back order.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal (No Pay pal account needed), Bank Deposit, Money Order and Gift Certificates.
How do I purchase Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates can be purchased in increments of $25.00, $50.00, $100.00. They are redeemable like cash. If you have lost or misplaced your gift certificate please inform us immediately. We cannot be responsible for purchases made with lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates are valid for twelve (12) months from the purchase date. Order totals above the gift certificate amount will be required to pay the outstanding balance.
